Nick Parker - Founder & IT Solutions Architect
Hi, I’m Nick. I’ve always been passionate about helping people and businesses solve complex technology challenges in a way that feels simple, secure, and dependable. Over the years, that passion grew into a career where I’ve taken on the responsibility of supporting, securing, and modernizing entire IT environments — work that ultimately inspired me to create Synteq.
My experience runs from IT network operations to cybersecurity, cloud administration, and full-scale infrastructure management. Throughout my career, I’ve held positions where I oversaw servers, networks, identity systems, cloud platforms, and security operations for growing organizations

My background includes:
- Network administration and security hardening
- Managing server infrastructures (virtualization, domain controllers, file systems, backups)
- Implementing cloud technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and modern identity/security frameworks
- Modernizing outdated environments and leading large-scale migration projects
- Supporting and training users across multiple departments and organizational levels
- Designing IT policies, disaster recovery plans, and security processes
In previous roles, I’ve been the primary technical resource responsible for the stability, performance, and security of corporate IT systems — including switches, firewalls, wireless networks, servers, backups, endpoint protection platforms, remote-access technologies, and core identity infrastructure.
My focus is building secure, scalable, and efficient IT environments that allow businesses to operate without interruption or complexity. I combine hands-on technical expertise with clear, approachable communication so clients always feel supported, informed, and confident in their technology.
