I started Synteq because I saw too many small businesses getting burned by IT companies that overpromise and underdeliver. They either get ignored because they're "too small" or they get nickel-and-dimed every time something breaks.
I believe every business deserves reliable technology and responsive support - regardless of size. That's why I built Synteq around a simple promise: proactive IT management, transparent pricing, and support that actually picks up the phone.
Based in Minneapolis, I work directly with each client to understand their business and deliver IT solutions that make sense for their goals and budget.
